Ethos and Values Statement

Our school motto is to “Be the BEST”, which is lived out through the following values:

We strongly believe that all members of the St John’s community should strive to give their BEST in all aspects of school life.  We aim to:

For the whole school community to understand the importance of fairness and respect

Values Weeks will be held each term to focus on what it means to be the BEST.

A ‘child-friendly’ version of this statement is displayed around the school and regularly discussed in classes and assembly times.  This can be seen below:
